Highlights: Disneyland is just one road from our home! It is just 10 miles on one single road! Yet hadn't been until now since we wanted to wait until Paavani was as nearer to 3 as possible (since it is free until 3) to better appreciate the characters. Finally decided on Independence day, although it was holiday season.
To tackle the crowd and lines, headed straight to the last section and worked from backwards. It was extremely hot but managed to still enjoy the parade and other rides. Paavani was extremely happy to have experienced train, boat, (elephant) airplane, carousel, etc all in one day, along with Mickey and Minnie character interactions! While she was asleep, wifey finished off the whoopy rides. Finally day ended with fireworks, but we ended up staying till 11 pm to finish the unfinished! Totally fun filled day!
